DINNER AND DANCING AT THE DOUBLETREE

FRIDAY, July 31

6:00- Cocktails & Check in

6:30-8:30 Dinner

8:00-10:00 DJ and Photo Booth (digital images, no cost)

Dress: Cocktail attire or jeans and flannel with holes in them

Dinner: Buffet to include bison, chicken, brussel sprouts, roasted heirloom potatoes, a garden salad, and peach cobbler (if a specialty dinner is required, coordinate with Jessica Panozzo jespanozzo@gmail.com).

Cost details:

The minimum cost to reserve the ballroom, buffet, DJ and photo booth is $14,300 plus taxes, fees, and some decorations. Spread the word so we can cover costs.

We have not blocked off any rooms at the Doubletree, if you want to stay there it is recommended that you reserve something asap as they book up in the summer.
