Dinner: Buffet to include a garden salad, bison and chicken, brussel sprouts, vegetable ratatouille, and peach cobbler (if a specialty dinner is required, coordinate with Jessica Panozzo jespanozzo@gmail.com).

The minimum cost to reserve the ballroom, buffet, DJ and photo booth is $14,300 plus taxes and fees. If we can confirm approximately 200 people that will cover costs.
We have not blocked off any rooms at the Doubletree, if you want to stay there it is recommended that you reserve something asap as they book up in the summer.
